Gruene, Texas (pronounced "green") is a Historic District located within the city of New Braunfels, about one hour from Austin and 45 minutes from San Antonio. Established by Henry D. Gruene in 1872, this thriving historic district was originally populated by German cotton farmers.

Our plans call for ten 3BR-2BA units and five 4BR-3.5BA penthouse units for a total of 15 condos with high-end finishes. Our three bedroom condos will feature approximately 960 square feet of living space while our spacious penthouse units feature over 1,900 square feet. There will be three bedroom condos on the first and second floor with 4BR penthouse units on the third floor. These penthouse condos are four bedrooms with three and one-half bathrooms and approximately 1,900 square. Each penthouse has 2 floors and two master bedrooms with walk-in showers.
